Thai Hom Mali rice is a certified rice of Kao Dok Mali 105 and RD 15 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The rice is sensitive to photoperiod, having a natural aroma of newly harvested or stored grains. Thai Hom Mali rice is in-season rice which requires only rainfall for cultivation.
