Nam Dok Mai
Nam Dok Mai has an exceptional appearance and taste. The fruits are long, slender and sigmoid in shape. The young fruit has creamy-green skin, while the ripe ones change to a soft yellow. The flesh is smooth, silky and non-fibrous. Nam Dok Mai is soft and juicy, with an extreme sweetness and aromatic flavour. It is a seasonal fruit and is best eaten ripe.
Kaew Khamin
Kaew Khamin has a sour taste with a slight sweetness and umami. Hence the alias 'tri-taste' mango. Each mango weighs between 300-500 g. and has more flesh than other mangoes of the same size. The yellow tint of its whitish flesh is a unique feature of this mango. Farmers love growing Kaew Khamin as it is hassle-free farming. Kaew Khamin is a year-round fruit and is best eaten unripe.
