    • Pummelo is the largest citrus fruit and is closely related to the grapefruit. While often mistaken for its cousin, pummelo is botanically distinct and comprises more than 30 recognised varieties. It is considered a primary festive fruit in many Asian cultures and is widely used in ceremonial offerings and celebratory meals. Pummelos are available as whole fruit, dried pulp and pummelo juice.

      Thab Thim Siam
Thab Thim Siam is the most sought-after pummelo variety. It features pinkish-sweet flesh with a low seed count and moderately thin skin. A distinctive topknot with pleats marks the upper end of the fruit. Its flavour is sweet and free from bitterness. The standout characteristics of Thab Thim Siam are its ruby-red flesh and velvet-textured outer skin.

      Khao Phuang
Khao Phuang is known for its smooth green skin with yellow tinges and a topknot resembling a calabash. The skin is moderately thick, and the juice sacs are light yellow and loosely arranged. Its unique qualities include high juice content, low seed count, and a balanced sweet-sour flavour.
